12 m² room in Amsterdam

I'm looking for someone to take my position. Rent is 900€/month (all incl.) Although I've disassembled the wardrobe and the kallax (5*5) I can leave those without charging anything. To take my position you would pay the remainder of the month (450€ + Deposit 900€ - directly to the landlord) - I will be out of the room this Sunday (16 November) Note: this place does not have registration.
