Looking for someone to take over my furnished room in Belfort, Maastricht (the furniture needs to be taken over for 450). It’s fully furnished (there's a mattress as well) and is 12m2. The rent is 475 inclusive (utilities) + 10 euros for the internet. The room is in an apartment where you would share the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen with 3 other students. The room overlooks a small park and has a shared balcony with the neighboring room. It can be taken over from December 1st (it is possible to start moving in earlier).
