SUBLET 1rst July till Mid September (possibility to extend!) Hello all! I will be subletting my room located near Lelylaan (Niew West) for the summer. Price : 750 per month (and we'll divide it for September) for a 12m2 room You will be living with 6 other people from 23 to 30. The house has a big living room and a big balcony always facing the sun (and the room is also facing the sun) They are looking preferably for a female but generally this is a queer household.
