11 m² room in Delft

Hiii, A housemate is moving out this year. It's a 10.5 m² room for €398.50 including utilities (GWL). We're a quiet, diverse house of four, located in Hof van Delft. You'll be living with Katja, Chris, and Sarah. One of them has been studying for just a year, the other has just started working.
