10 m² room in Utrecht

Hi there, We, Conrad and Anna, are looking for a new housemate, starting July 1st. Our current housemate is moving in with her girlfriend. That leaves us to find someone new for the third room in our apartment in the city centre of Utrecht! ROOM & APARTMENT? The room will be unfurnished. It fits a desk, up to 140 size bed and wardrobe. The rent is at 790 Euros inclusive, internet cost is not included. The room is with registration.
