10 m² room in Utrecht

Hey guys — from June I will be renting out an unfurnished small room in Utrecht, a 10-minute bike ride to the city center. I would like to help students in need of accommodation, as I know it's hard. I am also a student and a young mother living in a three-bedroom apartment. I would prefer a clean, tidy, trustworthy, and kind person. The rent would be €700 per month, everything included.
