Dear room-seeking men (21+), A room will be available in beautiful Rotterdam South starting June 1st. The room is 9.5m² (see photos and room 5 on the floor plan). The rent is €395.40 per month (excluding utilities). We have a shared kitchen, bathroom, and 2 toilets. There are also 2 balconies and a large shared backyard that we share with the neighbors.
