10 m² room in Nijmegen

From May 1st, a furnished room will become available on our top floor. You will share the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and attic floor with someone else (a young lady). The room is at the back of the house. It is a very quiet room. The room is 10 m2 and costs €497 per month. This includes water, electricity, and a good WiFi connection. We are looking for a lady.
