10 m² room in Nijmegen

A room on Kolpingstraat will become available from around mid-December for an indefinite period! Our house is about a 10-minute bike ride from the HAN/university and the city. You can also reach the beautiful Goffertpark within a two-minute walk! The room is approximately 10 m² and will cost around €280 (this may vary slightly); possible takeover of furniture is negotiable.
