10 m² room in Maastricht

Hello, I am leaving my room starting from 1st of June. I am currently paying 475€ per month (all inclusive). It is located behind the train station, only a 10-minute walk (a Jumbo and a Kuidvat are only 5 minutes walking away). The bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other people. It has a washing machine and the kitchen has everything you need. I will give this room only with the furniture: bed, mattress, desk, and wardrobe; everything for 250€ (as good as new, only six months of use).
