10 m² room in Maastricht

Hi everyone! A room has become available in our house, so we are looking for someone to rent the room until at least July. We are three guys (Master’s and late Bachelor's students) living in a quiet neighbourhood in Heugem. The available room is about 10 m², with the option to take over the previous tenant’s furniture (closet, desk and loft bed). The house has fully equipped shared spaces, including a spacious living room (set up for a cat, which is no longer here), a large kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony, attic and a garage for bikes. ...
