10 m² room in Amsterdam

I own a 200 m2 apartment spread over three floors near Vondel Park in the Oud-Zuid district of Amsterdam. You will be sleeping in a 10 m2 bedroom. You have a single bed, table, and drawer spaces. There is shared use of a bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilets on each floor, and a beautiful kitchen. There is also an 80 m2 roof terrace for you to use. There is a washing machine, dryer, and fast internet connection. I am looking for a non-smoker, house-trained, respectful, and clean female flatmate. Just 1 person, no more than that...
