Hey everybody! I have one room available for one person in the city center (Noord Binnensingel street). The house is for 2 people, totaling 67m2, and the room for rent is 10m2. The full rent price is 553 per month for this room, with a deposit of 693.51. The room can come furnished, but you would need to buy the furniture from the previous owner for a total of 200 (which includes a bed, table, chair, wardrobe, and fridge).
