Hi, I’m looking for a tenant for my single room not far from Emmanplein in Maastricht starting around the 10th of January (I am unlikely to return to Maastricht later, so I am renting it out permanently, not as a sublet). The rent is around 500/month, all inclusive. Feel free to contact me for further details. (You can also move in later, but I will be moving out around the 10th of January or a bit later).
