1 room house in Amsterdam

I'm renting my boathouse ,because I'm leaving the country next week.. registration it's possible ..inside there's a nice bedroom with double bed ..the kitchen area have to sitting place, big windows and new heater..in the back there's a double lounge couch that can be used also as bed .. inside I only have toilet but not shower ( not far is possible shower for free and washing and dry your clothes for 2 eu only) deposit is 300 eu and the monthly price is 650eu. Electricity it's coming from solar panels..the free water it's just 20mt far from...
