1 room house in Amsterdam

Short-term sublet: I am subletting my beautiful houseboat on the Amstel (De Pijp) from January 26 to March 15, 2026 to a single person or a couple - non-smokers and no pets. It’s 70 square meters, a large living area, 1 bedroom and a small office with a floating terrace on the water. It’s 2900 Euro rent per month (pro rated for additional weeks) with everything included (fully furnished, heating, WiFi, electricity, water tax, water etc). I am subletting for less than I am paying myself.
