1 room apartment in Utrecht

We have a three-storey home. On the top floor, there’s a vacant 15 m² room. Next to it, there’s a separate bathroom and toilet. There’s a kitchen in the hallway. Beside the bathroom, there’s also a cupboard under the stairs with a washing machine and some extra storage space. You’ll have use of a washer-dryer and a small tabletop fridge. You won’t have to share anything other than the entrance and the stairs leading upstairs.
