1 room apartment in Rotterdam

I have a new studio apartment in Keizeswaard, Rotterdam. It is in a beautiful building with an elevator and has recently been renovated; it is modern and spacious. It is close to shops and a communal area. I am only interested in exchanging it for a house with a garden. The rent is €830. I am not open to other offers, and this is only valid in Rotterdam. 55 square meters.
