Room for rent in Nijmegen, next to the Malvert shopping center, in my own home. The room has furniture and a TV, refrigerator, and microwave (everything as shown in the photo). The room is 3 × 4 meters, 12 m² in total. The house has three rooms, but nobody currently lives there and two rooms are closed. The room has its own lock.
