Hey everyone, I am moving out of my studio on May 5th and looking for a new tenant. It has a private bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. It is right across the border from Maastricht. - 14 minutes by bike to the city faculties - around 15 minutes to the city centre by bus - costs: €425 a month - deposit: €1000 - 7 minutes walk to the bus stop -> some of the furniture must be kept, just like the bed, since it belongs to the renter.
