1 room apartment in Delft

Dear, I am offering my room for rent; it has an area of 15 square metres and is furnished. I am asking 600 euros per month for it — given the severe housing shortage this seems reasonable. For the record, I am a dark-skinned man (who you would have as a housemate). Only serious responses please.
