The flat is shared by me and my friend, both around 30, working in Amsterdam for more than 5 years. We have a very good relationship with the neighbours and have Tiger (the cat) with us. The rent is €800/month plus the deposit. The room can be empty or furnished. The first couple of months are without registration.
