It's a 15.6 m² studio on the 5th floor (great view!) and has a very nice common space (approx. 47 m²) where you can hang out, have meals with other artists and even use the space for workshops, etc. Rent is €371.71 (including service costs: gas, electricity, water, internet + cleaning services) and excluding VAT.
