1 room apartment in Amsterdam

As of 1 February 2025 my apartment will be available for house-sitting for a period of 12 months. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is partly furnished. - southwest-facing balcony - elevator available - no pets - no smoking - deposit is 2 months' rent - rent (excluding additional charges) is €1220 - there are currently still renovation works on the building, expected to last until the end of April. Location: Amsterdam IJplein, a 2-minute walk from the ferry.
