1 room apartment in Amsterdam

Students only Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract. It's a studio near Osdorplein, tram 17. The rent is €1400 per month, all included, with registration and cleaning. The deposit is €1500 and you get it back when moving out. The contract runs until 31 October 2026. You share the entrance with another person (a man), but each has their own space with a kitchen and bathroom. It's only available to one student who hasn't registered in Amsterdam yet.
