In our villa in Gronau, this room is available again. The room is approximately 25 m2 in size and has a rooftop terrace of about 25 m2 as well. The entire house is occupied by a friendly group of tenants, both working professionals and students. The house is only a 10-minute walk to the train station. The room costs 650 euros, which includes gas, water, electricity, and internet. There are also laundry and cooking facilities available. In addition to the rent, we do ask for a one-month deposit.
