Looking to transfer my lease on a 1br apartment in Hilversum to a new tenant. Close to the center and a 10-minute walk to the station. There is a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave oven in the apartment. The current contract is till the end of September, and it can be extended. 1525 per months, plus 100 as a flat fee for heating. Water is included. Available at the end on June / beginning of July.
