1 room apartment in Amsterdam

Hi everyone, I'm subletting my appartment (55m2) in Amsterdam South this summer for 1,5 month. From the 26th of june till the 11th of August. It's an old but cozy apartment with a small garden with hammock, there is a renovation happening in the buildings opposite of my backyard, they work from monday till friday and are often finished around 3, but they might be away some weeks on summer holiday. I pay 750 rent a month including all bills, it would be great to get 1125 for the 6 weeks. I can send more pictures on request.
