Hey guys, I want to rent our part of the first floor of my apartment to ONLY 1 tenant for 1 year (possibly to extend it) from JULY 1st onwards. The appartement locates at the neighborhood of transwijk, next to transwijk park and WinkelCentrum Nova. It’s within 10 minutes biking distance to both the central station and the station in Vaartsche Rijn. It’s also around 20 biking distance to de Uithof campus.
