27 m² kamer in Groningen

Hello all, I am looking to sub rent one of the rooms in my house in a very nice neighbourhood next to the umcg. This will be from mid of July to 27th of August. The house has all the furniture and implements and is located a in a beautiful spot of Groningen (typograffen huis). There is a terrace, washing machine and dishwasher. The rent for the month for July will be 400 including services and 700 for August. If you are interested let me know.
