26 m² kamer in Rotterdam

We are looking for a subtenant for our apartment in Rotterdam, on the Bospolderplein. The rent is approximately €580 per month. As I am currently in South America, this will be subletting for January and February, with March possible by agreement. We are looking for someone who can stay for the entire agreed period.
