25 m² kamer in Groningen

Hey, I am leaving my room on the 1rst of July. The house is between stadspark and the train station. You share it with three other persons. The other girl is leaving so from this summer only two guys will be in the house. The room is around 25m^2 and the rent is 500 per month. I bought a nice couch and a large bed, preferably you can take over them for just 100 euros. There is also a nice little garden with a cat coming from time to time so If you like cats it’s better.
