20 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hello everyone, I'm subletting my room from 20 July and I'm looking for a girl to replace me. The flat is super well located in the south west next to Erasmus Park in a flat share with 2 Dutch girls who are really cool. The lease ends in October and the rent is 960 all inclusive and I'm selling my furniture for 400 (beds, mattress, desk, chair etc) I bought everything in February so it's in very good condition.
