16 m² kamer in Arnhem

Hello! My flatmates and I are looking for a subtenant (girl, student) to take over my room from the beginning of July 2024 until the end of January 2025 (the exact dates will be discussed later). It is a very nice, bright and quiet 16m2 room in a 4 girls flat with shared bathroom and kitchen (2 toilets in total). It is located on top of Winkelcentrum Preshikaaf so there are lots of shops, bus stops and a park located within 5 mins walking distance. The room is furnished and rent is 430 per month.
