15 m² kamer in Enschede

Hi. we have two rooms available from the first of August in our three-room apartment. the rent is 400 excluding the energy(in total about 470 euros for gas, electricity, water and internet). the apartment is located in Deurningerstraat close to Saxion and the center (5 minutes bike to each) and 15 min bike to UT. Jambo, Lidl, and Kruidvat are near the place(5 minutes walk). One person can be registered here. if you are interested please send me a short bio of yourself.
