13 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hi, There is a room in an apartment I lived for four years that will be available in July. I am moving due to finding my own studio, and helping landlord to find someone to replace me. Apartment is located in Geuzenveld, and you would be sharing with 2 girls. One from Croatia, and another from Italy both working full time, and barely ever home. In front of an apartment, Volmar and AH are one minute walk, so is a tram number 13. Rent landlord is asking is 750 all inclusive.
