12 m² kamer in Leiden

Hey guys, i want to sublet my room(studio) from 12 July until 1 September. It is in a DUWO building in Leiden 5 minutes away from the train station and busses. The studio is furnished and has its own kitchen and bathroom. The rent of the place is 510 for July( since it is not a full month) and 860 for August. The building is brand new and has laundry room, 3 common rooms and bike shed. Registration is not possible. I am looking ideally for (but not limited to) a female tenant.
