The rent is 350 per month, it’s around 11 meters and the house in 8 min biking from uni and 15 from the center, and have a jumbo and Albert Heijn 5 minutes away by bike. I’ll be selling the furniture, (bed mattress, study table and the chariot) and the price is negotiable. Tell me if this interests you.
