10 m² kamer in Maastricht

Hello everyone, I am looking for one person to take over my room starting July. The rent is 615. The room is furnished, and I will be selling the furniture for the negotiable price. It is located beside the border in Belgium, a 10-15 min bike ride from the Law Faculty and SBE. The only things that are shared are the kitchen and the toilet. DM me if interested!
