10 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over the room I’m renting. It is 10 minutes from the Ganzenhoef station. The room will be free from the 1.08. You will be sharing the house with another person. I’m looking for someone that doesn’t work from home and is not a student. Rent is 900 per month and utilities are about 60 . You have to give a security deposit of 1800 . It is fully furnished and I ask for 150 for the forniture that is in the room. Dm me if you are interested.
