Short-term sublet: I am subletting my beautiful houseboat on the Amstel (De Pijp) from April 28 to June 6, 2026 to a single person or a couple - non-smokers and no pets. It’s 70 square meters, a large living area, 1 bedroom, a small office and a large floating terrace on the water. It’s 3000 Euro rent per month (pro rated for additional weeks) with everything included (fully furnished, heating, WiFi, electricity, water tax, water etc).
