I am a landlord, renting out a fully furnished room in an apartment in The Hague (Mariahoeve), in a residential area.The shared areas are : kitchen (fully equiped), bathroom, laundry room and a bicycle storage room. 10 minutes to city center by public transport (bus 43, 44 and 24) or 15 minutes by bike. 25mn to Scheveningen sea with the bike, and 20mn walk to the Mall of The Netherlands.
