Apartment, 2 bedrooms of which 1 is currently used as a dining room. Nice floor throughout the house may possibly stay. No elevator but you get used to that, after 10 years of living here with pleasure I hardly notice it anymore. Of course, there is also a fairly spacious storage room downstairs.
