Room in Groningen

Hey everyone, I'm moving out and looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible. The room is on Rabenhauptstraat, on the first floor of a house shared by six people. It has its own kitchen and a separate bedroom; the toilet is just outside the door. Monthly rent is €750, all utilities included. I'm looking for someone who can also buy part of the furniture.
