Room in Enschede

I am a single mother with two minor children who rents out a room in Enschede. The room is located in an apartment on the second floor. My apartment is not far from Enschede center and the bus stop is close to the apartment. I am looking for a quiet female tenant, a working person or a student. Rent includes electricity, water, and gas. I ask for one month’s deposit and one month’s rent. I rent out this room for three months. Three months is extendable if everything goes well between us. P.S.: Registration at this address is not possible.
