Room in Emmen

Hello, shortly 2 rooms will become available for women and 2 for men. Please note there is high demand; preference is given to students or, if very tidy, to working professionals. Washing machine and dryer are available; rent is all-inclusive (gas, water, electricity) — no extra or hidden costs. We are the manager and owner of several well-maintained rooms in Emmen and hold the necessary permits. Smaller room when available €425; larger room from €475.
