Swapping in Assen……. I am looking for a single-family home with 4 bedrooms and a garden, due to 3 teenage kids. I rent through Actium and am allowed to swap privately. I have a maisonette in the center of Assen with a covered parking space; the parking space does not need to be swapped. Living room combined with kitchen, hallway, toilet, meter cupboard, and walk-in closet in the kitchen. Also a spacious balcony. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms, landing, and shower room. New rent as of July ‘26 €630. I would like to hear your suggestions.
