Room in Amsterdam

A room in my apartment will become available from January 1st. The rent is €1,300 per month (excluding utilities). The room is fully furnished, and the bedroom furniture was purchased only 3 months ago and is like new. I am asking for a takeover of the bedroom furniture. I am preferably looking for someone who is working and planning to stay long-term, but can be flexible depending on the situation.
