9 m² room in Utrecht

I am looking for a working person aged 25-35. Non-smoker. Must also enjoy having a cat in the house. Preference for a calm person who has their things in order and works regular normal hours. Besides cleaning and maintenance, no other obligations, but socializing is always an option. The apartment is equipped with everything. I also have a cabinet left over for the room.
