9 m² room in Delft

From January 15 (possibly earlier by arrangement) a nice room of about 9 m² becomes available on Jacoba van Beierenlaan. You will be living with two master’s students (IO & TW) in a renovated DUWO house. We share a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. The rent is approximately €390 including utilities. The biggest plus: the communal area.
